Refund Policy for ASTROPARTH
Return & Replacement Policy At ASTROPARTH, we take pride in offering high-quality astrological products and services. Due to the nature of our products, we request you to carefully review our refund and return policies before making a purchase.
Return & Exchange Policy While we strive to ensure customer satisfaction, we cannot guarantee acceptance of all return, refund, or exchange requests. We reserve the right to deny any such request if it does not meet the conditions mentioned below.
Eligibility: Returns or exchanges are only accepted if your order is damaged during transit or if you receive an incorrect product.
Note: To process a return or exchange request, the customer must provide videographic proof of the product's condition upon receipt. This evidence is mandatory for us to evaluate and decide on the return or exchange request. Failure to provide such proof will result in the request being declined.
Timeframe: Requests for a refund or exchange must be made within seven (07) days of receiving your product. The item must be returned in its original condition with its original certification and packaging intact. Any tampering with the product and/or its certifications will result in denial of the return request.
Exclusions: Returns and exchanges will not be accepted after the 7-day period. Personalized and custom-made products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are found to be defective.
Refund Process If your return request is approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 10-12 working days, subject to bank processing timelines and public holidays.
Once the returned item is received and inspected by our team, we will send you an email confirming the approval or rejection of your refund based on our internal inspection.
Note: Refunds will only be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. This policy is in place to comply with applicable legal requirements and avoid potential legal or penal consequences.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, additional details such as a PAN card (for orders above INR 2 lakh) may be required to process refunds. The customer must provide the necessary bank details, including a copy of a canceled cheque or passbook details, to complete the refund process. The refund will only be processed if the details provided match the original order details.
For prepaid orders made via Credit Card, Debit Card, or Net Banking, the refunded amount will be credited back to the original account within 5-7 working days.
While we strive to process refunds promptly, any delays due to bank processes, third-party service delays, or unforeseen events shall not be the responsibility of ASTROPARTH.
Exclusions for Returns or Exchanges We do not accept returns or exchanges under the following circumstances:
Change of Mind: If the customer no longer wants the product after purchase.
Minor Flaws or Packaging Issues: Minor imperfections that do not affect product functionality.
Slight Color or Size Variations: Differences in color or size due to screen resolution or lighting conditions.
Customers are encouraged to carefully review product descriptions and specifications before purchasing to ensure the correct selection.
Cancellation Policy Once an order is placed, cancellations are not permitted under any circumstances.
Late or Missing Refunds If you have not received your refund, please check with your bank or credit card company. Processing times vary by financial institution. If you still have not received your refund after following up with your bank, please contact us at astroparth5@gmail.com for assistance.
Sale Items Products purchased on sale or at a discounted price are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. To request an exchange, contact us at astroparth5@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. All exchanges are subject to availability and must be returned in their original packaging and condition.
Gifts If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once the returned item is received and approved, a gift certificate will be sent to you.
If the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves and later gifted it to you, the refund will be processed to the original purchaser.
International Orders (Outside India) For international orders, refunds will be processed within 40-45 days. Please note that customs charges, VAT, and duties imposed by your country are non-refundable. If an international shipment is refused or canceled after dispatch, the customer will be responsible for all customs duties and other charges incurred for the return of the product.
At the time of shipping the return item, the customer is responsible for accurately providing product details and purchase price for customs clearance. Failure to comply with this requirement may result in the return being rejected.
